I am a lifelong Camarillan who pays local taxes here and looked up the Monday software the City's looking at getting...I OPPOSE the City getting Monday software for a few different reasons.
One reason is that Monday is an Israeli company, which, while yes, Israel actively genociding Gaza HAS ended, that still doesn't change how Israel's still not letting enough food into Gaza, nor does it change Israel's genocidal desires or plans to conquer not only all of Palestine for itself but also to keep stealing more and more land from its surrounding Arab
countries.
1 The other HUGE reason is that Monday is heavily AI, which not only has been a total environmental disaster that threatens Camarillo itself (even if your water hasn't been poisoned by a nearby AI data center, AI still sucks up an absurd amount of water AND emits an absurd amount of emissions), but also AI is inherently flawed as it's basically been taught to make human mistakes (it literally just steals from what actual humans have done and builds patterns off that) while the actual humans who could notice and fix these mistakes aren't there to do so.
Stop wasting my taxpayer money on silly garbage like Monday AI software and helping ICE.
