Verbal Comments:
Received on the item listed on the agenda at the time the item it is heard. Comments are limited to three minutes for each speaker. When it is your turn to speak, the Clerk will call your name. When your name is called, approach the podium and begin your comments by stating your name for the record. The timer will count down your 3 minutes. When the timer signals your time is up, we will move onto the next speaker.
