BACKGROUND
T-6038 is a residential development located at 2800 Barry Street. On March 22, 2023, the Camarillo City Council and Camarillo Sanitary District (CSD) approved improvement plans, acknowledged receipt of agreements and securities and authorized staff to process all documents. The project location is shown on the attached map (Attachment 1).
DISCUSSION
The public improvements and sewer improvements have now been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, therefore the Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company Faithful Performance/Labor and Materials Bond No. PB11511100681 in the amount of $585,942 for streets, removals, drainage, monuments, water and undergrounding of existing overhead utilities, and the Montecito Bank and Trust Certificate of Deposit No. 300008604 in the amount of $20,137 for sewer improvements may be exonerated.
Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company Warranty Bond No. PB11511100681 in the amount of $146,486 and Montecito Bank and Trust Certificate of Deposit No. 300025260 for $5,034 for the Barry60, LP residential development have been submitted and will remain in place for the required maintenance period.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact as a result of this action.

RECOMMENDATION
1. Adopt a City Council Resolution accepting public improvements, warranty security and exonerating performance securities for T-6038/RPD-205/CUP-405, Barry60, LP.; and
2. Adopt a CSD Resolution accepting sewer improvements, warranty security, and exonerating performance security for T-6038/RPD-205/CUP-405 Barry60, LP.
