A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THE
CAMARILLO SANITARY DISTRICT ACCEPTING SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS AND EXONERATING PERFORMANCE
SECURITIES FOR SEWER IMPROVEMENTS FOR T-
6038/RPD-205/CUP-405 BARRY60 LP
The Board of Directors for the Camarillo Sanitary District resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The Board of Directors for the Camarillo Sanitary District finds and declares as follows:
A. On March 22, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District approved sewer improvement plans for T-6038/RPD-205/CUP-405, Barry60 LP.
B. The City Engineer has reviewed the final as-built plans and recommends approval of the final plans and acceptance of public improvements, and the developer has posted a warranty security for the required maintenance period.
SECTION 2: The recitals set forth above are true and correct.
SECTION 3: The final project plans and public improvements are approved and the Montecito Bank and Trust Certificate of Deposit Warranty No. 300025260 in the amount of $5,034 for sewer improvements is accepted and shall be included in the appropriate City system.
SECTION 4: Montecito Bank and Trust Certificate of Deposit No. 300008604 in the amount of $20,137 for construction of sewer improvements is exonerated.
SECTION 5: The Public Works Department is authorized to return the bonds noted in Section 4 to the contractor.
