Comments Dear City Councilmembers,
Thank you for your steadfast and generous support of the children and families in our community. The former Camarillo Public Library is alive with construction activity as we move closer to our long-awaited grand opening. We are awaiting an updated construction timeline before publicly announcing our opening date, and you will be among the very first to know. We anticipate welcoming families in the May/June timeframe. We are deeply grateful for the confidence you have placed in our board, staff, and major stakeholders to carry this project not only across the finish line, but into a vibrant future for our community’s children. Your support of the $150,000 FF&E grant is both needed and sincerely appreciated. We respectfully ask for your yes vote in support of this request. As we often share with our donors, you are not giving to kidSTREAM, but through kidSTREAM to uplift the children we serve.
