Subject: Boards, Commissions, and Committees Annual Reports for 2025
BACKGROUND
The City Council encourages resident participation and appoints qualified volunteers to serve on various boards, commissions and committees. City Council Policy 1.09 indicates the responsibilities of the appointees includes submitting an annual written report reviewing the prior year’s activities to the City Council. In addition, the Camarillo Council on Aging Bylaws indicates the Board shall submit an annual report.
DISCUSSION
Representatives from the Citizen Transportation Advisory Committee, Camarillo Council on Aging, Ventura County Air Pollution Control District Advisory Board, Ventura County Area Agency on Aging, and Ventura County Area Housing Authority submitted their Annual Reports outlining the activities and topics discussed in 2025.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no budget impact as a result of this action.

Receive and File the Annual Reports.
