CEQA DETERMINATIONS
City staff has determined, in accordance with Section 15061(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, that HVAC Equipment Replacement is not subject to CEQA review because it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the HVAC Equipment Replacement may have a significant effect on the environment.
The project consists solely of replacement of existing equipment at City facilities and will not result in expansion of use, ground disturbance, or modification of existing facilities.
RECOMMENDATION
1. Find the Informal Public Works Contract for HVAC equipment replacement exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines 15061(b)(3); and
2. Authorize the City Manager to execute CC Agreement No. 2026-26 with AC Pros, Inc. for HVAC equipment replacement for $138,720 and approve a contingency of $20,812.50, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $159,532.50; and
