Comments I fully support the recommendations listed for discussion Item P. I appreciate the two Councilwomen's leadership in tackling this difficult subject and the work of the staff in bringing in the parties together to listen to all points with the goal of finding some middle ground. The mobile home parks have been lost historicallly opportunities for low-income housing for years; but never too late to create this ordinance that will slow down escalating pricing by the monopoly of landowners at the expense of the homeowners. They deserve to be listened too and their investment respected. Thank you for bringing this forward for action.
