Comments Hello, Its about time. I am a retired realtor who specialized in mobile homes. In 2016 i sold a home in Cam Mobile Estates.
The initial rent was $900 . Now the rent to move in after buying a home is $2,050. I stopped selling in Lamplighter after the new owners took over because of their demands in the lease and the rapidity of rent increases to current owners. That same group of owners bought Cam mobile and are apparently doing the same thing. Hopefully, whatever you set up will have some teeth in it compared to the old “rental ordinance” which was absolutely useless as any “resolution” was NOT Binding on either party.
I understand the owners of Lamplighter and Cam Mobile own a LARGE number of parks in the Western states.
