Comments I support the Rent Stabilization Ordinance because it creates a fair balance between park owners and mobilehome residents.
The CPI-based increases will still allow park owners to raise rents for major improvements and to ensure a fair return. At the same time, it helps protect residents from sudden or excessive rent hikes.
Overall, it’s a reasonable approach that supports both sides and helps keep housing stable. I strongly encourage you to vote yes.
