Comments = I was at the meeting last month, first time I did not know I had to sign up to speak. We bought our home in 1995, the park is really nice. We get S.S so we do not have a, lot of money but the RENT goes up every year, this year $45.96. We pay our rent first and insurance and yard work when we can effort it, and some other little bills, if we have any more money we can maybe buy food. We do not go out to eat. We can not afford to buy a newer car. our car is 2002. When we retired I thought this is going to be so nice BUT it is not. If any of you live in a mobile home in Camarillo, you would be asking the Council to please have RENT CONTROL here in Camarillo. Thank You so Very Much Mrs. Price
