Comments I support an ordinance to keep Park Owners from raising our land leases through both monthly rents and during vacancy transitions.
I’m considering selling my mobile home because the rents are so high, and I don’t think it’s fair for the park owners to drastically raise the rent on a potential buyer. It would cause me to keep lowering the price, and reducing my equity.
Please consider approving this ordinance.
