Comments My husband, Bill and I are residents in Camarillo Mobile Estates park. We are seniors and, living on a fixed income. We feel it is a crucial element that Vacancy Control be included in the Rent Stabilization Ordinance that is being proposed. This is extremely important as this will help us maintain the equality in our homes by allowing the selling price to keep pace with the rest of Ventura County.
