Review from Laurette B
Date: 09/15/2025 1 star
They continue to raise their lot fees each and every year since they took over. Even during the pandemic which had the highest raises yearly during that period. We get nothing in return. Lot fees are raised so high that we can't sell our homes to leave. Lot fees on top of a mortgage prevents our homes from selling.

Mobile home parks should be helpful for the poor and seniors, but IPG is greedy. Buying up parks like crazy, this Utah company used a bait and switch tactic to entice us to buy. No one is happy at our park. Sure the old owner would have asked us to buy our lots instead of selling it to them. I've been here 11 years 1 and the last 6 or 7 have been terrible with all the increases.
