A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CAMARILLO SANITARY DISTRICT EXONERATING
WARRANTY SECURITIES FOR BIOSOLIDS BELT FILTER
PRESS AND CONVEYOR INSTALLATION – PROJECT NO.
MC-2022-1
The Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District finds and declares as follows:
A. On March 12, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District accepted public improvements for Biosolids Belt Filter Press and Conveyor Installation - Project No. MC-2022-1.
B. Warranty securities have remained posted for the required maintenance period.
SECTION 2: Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland Performance/Payment Bonds No. 9419837 in the amount of $702,000, with increase rider, rider increases the bonds amount from $702,000 to $805,279.54 are exonerated.
SECTION 3: The Public Works Department is authorized to return the bonds noted in Section 2 to the contractor.
