Comments Hello Camarillo City Council Members,
My husband and I are strongly requesting that the permanent Rent Control Stabilization Ordinance be passed to limit increases in our rent. Vacancy Control is also necessary as the equity is vital if we need to sell our home.
We are seniors living on a fixed income and we are struggling like many others to make ends meet. My husband has medical issues too.
We appreciate your attention, interest, concern and all the research that you have done to understand our situation and dilemma.
