Comments Hi, please vote for implementing the Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance. We live in Del Norte Mobile Home Senior park and are on a fixed income and currently have zero protection against exploitation of Park owner corporations! We are one only Mobile Home Parks in Ventura County with no type of excessive and greedy land rent increases. Just recieved notice of 4.2 increase this July, far above the CPI inflation rate.
