A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO EXONERATING WARRANTY SECURITIES
FOR STORMWATER TRASH COMPLIANCE - PROJECT
NO. SD-5032-1
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On April 9, 2025, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted public improvements for Stormwater Trash Compliance – Project SD-5032-1.
B. Warranty securities have remained posted for the required maintenance period.
SECTION 2:Western Surety Company Performance/Payment Bonds No. 30221672 in the amount of $838,897 are exonerated.
SECTION 3:The Public Works Department is authorized to return the bonds noted in Section 2 to the contractor.
