RESOLUTION NO. 2026-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR PLEASANT VALLEY ROAD BIKE LANES - PROJECT
NO. ST-5006, CML-5393(036) RE-BID
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. The City is desirous of completing the public improvement project, Pleasant Valley Road Bike Lanes – Project No. ST-5006, CML-5393(036) Re-Bid (the “Project”).
B. The Project is necessary to furt her promote public health, safety and welfare.
C. The City Council has accounted for f unding for construction of the Project in approving the budget for t he current fiscal year and the 5-Year Capital Improvement Program.
SECTION 2: City Council approves said project, approves the plans and specifications, including all addendums for the Project, and hereby authorizes the Director of Public Works to proceed with constructing the Project.
SECTION 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately.
SECTION 4: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
