Comments It seems to me most desirable, in view of the present state of the world, to preserve green spaces in and around the city, including unused fields thick with grass, as habitat for passerine birds and feeding-grounds for migratory lepidoptera.
It further seems to me, in the interests of reducing
environmental pollution, for electric-bicycle riders to be trained in proper motorcycle safety, rather than punished for riding electric bicycles at all.
In the same interest, I hope to see the city's parks, gardens, farmlands, and verges tended without the use of strong
herbicides and insecticides, which have long been identified as a hazard to public health.
And in addition: I.C.E. out now!
