Recommended Action
6 1. Find that the proposed Ordinance is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines §§ 15060(c)(2), 15061(b)(3), and
15378; and
2. Waive further reading and introduce an Ordinance
amending certain sections and adding to Chapter 19.56
of Title 19 of the Camarillo Municipal Code pertaining to junior accessory dwelling unit regulations.
