Subject: CPD-197M(1), CPG Partners LP – Resolution Exonerating Traffic Signal Warranty Security
BACKGROUND
CPD-197M(1) developed the Camarillo Promenade outlet stores located on the southeast corner of Ventura Boulevard and Las Posas Road. On March 27, 2013, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted the public improvements and exonerated securities for CPD-197M(1) and retained performance securities for a future traffic signal at the intersection of Camarillo Center Drive and Ventura Boulevard as shown on the location map (Attachment 1). On January 22, 2025, the City Council accepted public improvements, released performance securities and accepted a warranty security for the traffic signal.
DISCUSSION
The warranty security for the traffic signal at the intersection of Camarillo Center Drive and Ventura Boulevard has been held for the required period.
The following warranty security may be exonerated: Travelers Casualty and Surety Company Warranty Bond No. 107969793 in the amount $76,464.00.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no budget impact as a result of this action.
RECOMMENDATION
Adopt a resolution exonerating the traffic signal warranty security for CPD-197M(1).
