A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO EXONERATING TRAFFIC SIGNAL
WARRANTY SECURITY FOR CPD-197M(1) CPG
PARTNERS, L.P.
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares that:
A. On March 27, 2013, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted the public improvements and exonerated securities for CPD-197M(1) and also retained securities for a future traffic signal at the intersection of Camarillo Center Drive and Ventura Boulevard remaining in place for CPD-197M(1).
B. On January 22, 2025, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted public improvements, released performance securities, and accepted a warranty security for the traffic signal at the intersection of Camarillo Center Drive and Ventura Boulevard.
C. The traffic signal at the intersection of Camarillo Center Drive and Ventura Boulevard has been completed to the satisfaction of the Transportation Engineer and warranty securities have remained posted for the required maintenance period.
SECTION 2:The recitals set forth above are true and correct.
SECTION 3:Travelers Casualty and Surety Company Warranty Bond No. 107969793 in the amount of $76,464 for the traffic signal at the intersection of Camarillo Center Drive and Ventura Boulevard exonerated.
SECTION 4:The Public Works Department is authorized to return the securities listed in Section 3, above.
