AGREEMENT NO. 2023-112A
FIRST AMENDMENT TO MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
This First Amendment to Agreement No. 2023-112 ( Amendment) is entered into between the City of Camarillo, a California general law city and municipal corporation ( City), and Wonderful Things, Inc. dba Main Street Banner USA, a California corporation ( Contractor) collectively referred to as the Parties. The effective date of this Amendment is September 1, 2023.
RECITALS
A. The Parties entered into a written agreement entitled " City of Camarillo Maintenance Contract", Agreement Number 2023-112 having an effective date of July 1, 2023, Agreement) to provide for certain maintenance services in the amount of $ 52,800 as outlined in Exhibit B of the Agreement from the Contractor.
B. The term of the Agreement is thirty-six months ending June 30, 2026. The Agreement includes provisions for two, one-year extensions.
C. All capitalized terms not defined in this Amendment have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
D. The parties desire to modify the Scope of Work in accordance with Section 16.5 of the Agreement.
Section 1. Amendment. The Agreement is amended as follows:
Contractor to replace 10 banners on Ventura Boulevard that are faded and damaged from years of use and several weather events.
Section 2. Compensation and Payment. This Amendment is for a not - to - exceed amount of $ 4,630, for a total agreement amount of $ 57,430.
Section 3. Continuation of Terms of Agreement. Except as expressly modified by the terms and provisions of this document, the remaining terms and provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES of the Parties have caused this Amendment, Agreement No. 2023-112A, to be executed as of the Effective Date above.
