RESOLUTION NO. 2026-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO ADOPTING FISCAL YEARS 2026-2031
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1.The City Council of the City of Camarillo (City Council) finds as follows:
A. The City Council of the City of Camarillo, in conjunction with the Camarillo Sanitary District has prepared a five-year capital improvement program entitled "FY 2026- 2031 Capital Improvement Program" for transportation, water, sanitary, storm drainage, buildings and grounds, housing, and information technology capital projects for Fiscal Years 2026-31.
B. The City Council of the City of Camarillo held a duly-noticed public hearing in conjunction with the Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District on the FY 2026-2031 Capital Improvement Program on June 24, 2026, regarding said program.
C. The City Council of the City of Camarillo is desirous of adopting the five-year program.
SECTION 2.The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds that the document entitled "FY 2026-2031 Capital Improvement Program" satisfies the requirements of Government Code section 66002 by indicating the approximate location, size, time of availability, and estimate of costs for the capital projects, including those projects to be financed with developers' fees.
SECTION 3.The Planning Commission and the City Council find that the FY 2026- 2031 Capital Improvement Program is consistent with the General Plan.
SECTION 4.The City Council of the City of Camarillo does hereby adopt that portion of the FY 2026-2031 Capital Improvement Program for FY 2026-31 relating to transportation, water, sanitary, storm drainage, buildings and grounds, housing, and information technology.
SECTION 5.The Acting City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution and forward a copy hereof to the City Manager and affected department heads.
