6 CSD RESOLUTION NO. 2026-
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CAMARILLO SANITARY DISTRICT EXONERATING
WARRANTY SECURITIES FOR INTERIM PLANT BUILDING
IMPROVEMENTS – PROJECT NO. SS-5076
The Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District finds and declares as follows:
A. On June 11, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District accepted public improvements for Interim Plant Building Improvements - Project No. SS- 5076.
B. Warranty securities have remained posted for the required maintenance period.
SECTION 2: Employers Mutual Casualty Company Performance/Payment Bonds No.
S045058 in the amount of $897,000 are exonerated.
SECTION 3: The Public Works Department is authorized to return the bonds noted in Section 2 to the contractor.
