SIXTH AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT – CITY MANAGER
This Sixth Amendment to Employment Agreement -- City Manager (“Sixth Amendment”) is entered into by the City of Camarillo, a general law city (“City”) and Gregory Ramirez, an individual (“Manager”). This Amendment shall be effective as of July 1, 2026. The City and Manager are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”. The Parties hereto do agree as follows:
Section 1. Employment Agreement. On July 1, 2020, the City and Manager entered into an Employment Agreement for the position of City Manager for the City of Camarillo (“Employment Agreement”).
Section 2. The Parties have entered into annual Amendments beginning in 2021 to the Employment Agreement. Parties now desire to further amend the Agreement.
Section 3. Salary. Section 2(a) of the Agreement is amended to increase the Base salary of Manager to $349,196, effective as of July 1, 2026.
Section 4. Other Terms and Conditions. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the Employment Agreement and Amendments thereto shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 5. Modification. This Amendment shall not be modified except by written agreement executed by the Parties.
