A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO IN THE CAPACITY OF SUCCESSOR AGENCY
TO THE CAMARILLO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION APPROVING CERTAIN DISBURSEMENTS
The City Council of the City of Camarillo in the Capacity of Successor Agency to the Camarillo Community Development Commission Disbursement resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The Successor Agency finds and declares as follows:
A. Consistent with Government Code Section 37208, the Disbursement list has been reviewed by the City Manager and Director of Finance and is certified as to the accuracy of the demands and the availability of funds for payments thereof.
B. Chase Wires (Wire number 9990045); and demands represented thereby, dated on or before June 16, 2026, in the amount of $3,630,425.00, for a grand total of $3,630,425.00, all as set forth in the City of Camarillo in the Capacity of Successor Agency to the Camarillo Community Development Commission Disbursement List dated June 16, 2026.
SECTION 2:The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
