Good afternoon,
As a long-time resident and taxpayer in the City of Camarillo, I am writing to express my strong opposition to the proposed increase in the city manager's salary.
The city manager currently receives the highest salary of any city manager in Ventura County. Given this, I believe a further increase (7%) is unnecessary and not in the best interest for Camarillo. The increase could be used to benefit the needs of others within the community.
