Introduction
Crew Protection Enterprises Inc. This plan reflects our commitment to proactive risk mitigation, collaborative coordination with local agencies, and top-tier security management
Our planning approach considers reasonable foreseeabilities, recognizing that certain risks-including crowd surges, active assailant scenarios, or weather-related disruptions-require contingency planning and swift mitigation responses.

Service Animal Policy
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following policy regarding animals is in effect for this event:
• No pets or animals of any kind are permitted on event grounds. • Only service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are allowed.
• A service animal is a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.
• Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted.
Event staff may ask the following two questions to determine if a dog is a service animal:
• Is the animal required because of a disability?
• What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? Service animals must be under control at all times and must remain on a leash or harness unless doing so interferes with their work. The handler is responsible for cleaning up after the animal.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in removal from the event grounds.
Service Animal Behavior & Responsibility
• The service animal must be under control at all times (leashed, harnessed, or tethered, unless such devices interfere with its work). • The handler is responsible for the care, supervision, and cleanup of the service animal.
• If the animal is disruptive, aggressive, not housebroken, or not under control, it may be removed from the premises.
