AGREEMENT NO. 2026-12A
FIRST AMENDMENT TO MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Amendment to Agreement No. 2026-12 (Amendment) is entered into between the City of Camarillo, a California general law city and municipal corporation (City), and American Made Clean, Inc., a California corporation, collectively referred to as the Parties. The effective date of this Amendment is August 12, 2026.
RECITALS
A. On March 1, 2026, the City Council approved Maintenance Contract No. 2026-12 with American Made Clean, Inc. for pressure washing services in the amount of $83,400 for a three-year term, effective March 1, 2026 (Agreement).
B. The City desires to expand the scope of services to include routine, quarterly pressure washing services at Dizdar Park in accordance with the existing term of the Agreement.
C. Pursuant to Section 16.5 of the Agreement, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement as set forth herein.
D. All capitalized terms not defined in this Amendment have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
Section 1. Amendment. The Agreement is amended to add the following: Exhibit B, (Scope of Work), is amended to add routine, quarterly pressure washing services at Dizdar Park, as described in Attachment A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Section 2. Compensation and Payment. This Amendment is for an amount of $18,425, total not-to-exceed amount of $101,825.00.
Section 3. Continuation of Terms of Agreement. Except as expressly modified by the terms and provisions of this document, the remaining terms and provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES of the Parties have caused this Amendment, Agreement No. 2026-12A, to be executed as of the Effective Date.
