AGREEMENT NO. 2021-105F
SIXTH AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Sixth Amendment to Agreement No. 2021-105 (Amendment) is entered into between the City of Camarillo, a California general law city and municipal corporation (City), and Kosmont Real Estate Service, dba Kosmont Realty collectively referred to as the Parties. The effective date of this Amendment is August 12, 2026.
RECITALS
A. On May 17, 2021, the Parties entered into a written agreement entitled “City of Camarillo Professional Services Agreement with Kosmont Realty” Agreement No. 2021 -105 having an effective date of April 21, 2021 (Agreement) for Real Estate Consulting Services, as outlined in Exhibit A of the Agreement, for a not-to-exceed amount of $15,000.
B. A First Amendment 2021- 105A was entered into and took effect July 1, 2022 extending the term through June 30, 2023; and for an additional not-to-exceed amount of $15,000.
C. A Second Amendment 2021-105B was entered into and took effect July 1, 2023 extending the term through June 30, 2024. No additional funding was requested.
D. A Third Amendment 2021- 105C was entered into and took effect July 1, 2024 extending the term through June 30, 2025. No additional funding was requested.
E. A Fourth Amendment 2021- 105D was entered into and took effect July 1, 2025 extending the term through June 30, 2026. No additional funding was requested.
F. A Fifth Amendment 2021- 105E was entered into and took effect July 1, 2026 extending the term through June 30, 2027; and for an additional not-to-exceed amount of $20,000.
G. All capitalized terms not defined in this Sixth Amendment have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
Section 1. Amendment. The Agreement is amended to add the following:
a. There is no change in the term of this Agreement with this Sixth Amendment.
Section 2. Compensation and Payment. This Sixth Amendment is for a not -to- exceed amount of $80,000 for a total agreement amount of $130,000.
Section 3. Continuation of Terms of Agreement. Except as expressly modified by the terms and provisions of this document, the remaining terms and provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES of the Parties have caused this Amendment, Agreement No. 2021-105F, to be executed as of the Effective Date above.
