AGREEMENT NO. 2022-44A
AMENDMENT TO PUBLIC WORKS AGREEMENT
This Amendment to Agreement No. 2022-44 is entered into between the City of Camarillo, a California general law city and municipal corporation (City), and Convergint Technologies LLC (Contractor), collectively referred to as the Parties. The effective date of this Amendment is June 1, 2025.
RECITALS
A. On May 25, 2022, the City Council approved Public Works Agreement No. 2022- 44 with Convergint Technologies LLC for installing new security cameras and preventative maintenance for two years in the amount of $ 437,515 for three years, effective June 1, 2022.
B. Convergint has performed installation and preventative maintenance for three years at various facilities. The services have been performed satisfactorily and are essential to the operation of security camera equipment. Agreement 2022-44 authorized preventative maintenance services for the year following equipment installation. Also, as part of the agreement, the City opted into an additional two years of preventative maintenance services, for a total of three years. The installation of security cameras was completed in June 2023. The first year of preventative maintenance started in July 2023.
C. Pursuant to Section 16 of the Agreement, the parties wish to extend the Agreement for an additional thirteen-month period. The extension provides the third year of preventative maintenance in Agreement 2022-44 and aligns the contract with the fiscal year end date of June 30, 2026.
D. All capitalized terms not defined in this Amendment have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
Section 1. Amendment. The Agreement is amended to add the following:
a. Extend Agreement No. 2022- 44 for thirteen months beginning June 1, 2025 for year two of preventative maintenance of city security cameras.
Section 2. Continuation of Terms of Agreement. Except as expressly modified by the terms and provisions of this document, the remaining terms and provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES of the Parties have caused this Amendment, Agreement No. 2022-44A, to be executed as of the Effective Date.

Hi and good morning Sean,
I attached the executed warranty letters.
Our agreement (attached) includes Preventative Maintenance through 6-30-2025.
Seeing the installation took considerably longer than originally anticipated, we will need to create an “Amendment,” extending the agreement and Preventative Maintenance periods.
As you can see on page on the attached Excel spreadsheet, the “warranty period” shall become:
June 30, 2023, to June 30, 2024. (VS. 2022 to 2023 as in the Agreement) -Preventative Maintenance Year 1 will then be June 30, 2024, to June 30, 2025, in the amount of $19,662.
-Preventative Maintenance Year 2 will then be June 30, 2025, to June 30, 2026, in the amount of $20,252.
Does that make sense? If so, in the next few weeks I will create the Amendment with the above changes, and it will require Steven Sanchez & Paul Vitale’s signature (as on the original agreement).
I will send you a copy of the Amendment to review prior to sending for Steven and Paul’s signature.
Thank you,

Kevin and Dana,
Attached are the close-out documents for all the sites and the associated warranty letters for each site. As requested, the warranty dates are the same for all the sites. Review the warranty letter as it details how to contact our service team and if you can execute and return the warranty letters that would be great.
I will be sharing the data attached with my service team so they will have all the same information and they are also able to access our password management system Secret Server to obtain all the passcodes used. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions in regard to the data provided.
Thanks,
Sean
