Subject: Investment Reports for June and July 2026
BACKGROUND
Pursuant to the City’s Investment Policy, each month’s investment reports are reviewed by the Investment Committee and then presented to the City Council for information.
DISCUSSION
Due to the limited Council meetings during July, staff is presenting the June investment reports in addition to the July report to the City Council for information.
In compliance with City Council Investment Policy 3.04, June’s reports were approved and signed by the City Manager and submitted to the Investment Committee and City Council within thirty (30) days following the end of month.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no budget impact as a result of this action.
CEQA DETERMINATIONS
City staff has determined, in accordance with Section 15061(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, that the investment reports are not subject to CEQA review because it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the investment reports may have a significant effect on the environment. Therefore, the review of the investment reports are exempt from CEQA.
RECOMMENDATION
Receive and file reports.
