3 CSD RESOLUTION NO. 2026-
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CAMARILLO SANITARY DISTRICT EXONERATING
WARRANTY SECURITIES FOR PUMP STATION NO. 3
REHABILITATION – PROJECT NO. SS-13-04
The Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District finds and declares as follows:
A. On August 28, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District accepted public improvements for Pump Station No. 3 Rehabilitation - Project No. SS-13-04.
B. Warranty securities have remained posted for the required maintenance period.
SECTION 2: Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland Performance/Payment Bonds No. 9371014 in the amount of $1,125,900, with increase rider, rider increases the bonds amount from $1,125,900 to $1,605,911.50 are exonerated.
SECTION 3: The Public Works Department is authorized to return the bonds noted in Section 2 to the contractor.
