RESOLUTION NO. 2026-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO EXONERATING WARRANTY SECURITIES
FOR RECOATING OF RESERVOIR NOS. 1, 3, AND 4 -
PROJECT NO. WT-10-02
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On January 11, 2012, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted public improvements for Recoating Reservoir Nos. 1, 3, and 4 – Project WT-10-02.
B. Warranty securities have remained posted for the required maintenance period.
SECTION 2:First National Insurance Company of America
Performance/Payment Bonds No. 6510323 in the amount of $463,319 are exonerated.
SECTION 3:The Public Works Department is authorized to return the bonds noted in Section 2 to the contractor.
