A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO APPROVING FINAL PAY ESTIMATE AND
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR WASH WATER
RECOVERY UNIT COVER ADDITION– PROJECT NO. MC-
2024-3
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On January 22, 2025, a contract was executed by Estate Design and Construction, for Wash Water Recovery Unit Cover Addition – Project No. MC-2024-3.
B. Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company, Performance/Payment Bonds No. CE12132700078 in the amount of $318,000 was posted to guarantee completion of said improvements and to guarantee improvements for the required maintenance period.
C. The City Engineer has recommended acceptance of said improvements.
SECTION 2:Final Pay Estimate No. 4 is approved and improvements under MC-2024-3 are accepted and shall be included in the appropriate city system.
SECTION 3:The Mayor is authorized to sign a Notice of Completion, and the Acting City Clerk is directed to record said Notice in the office of the Ventura County Recorder.
