RESOLUTION NO. 2026-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO APPROVING THE FINAL PAY ESTIMATE
AND ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR DIZDAR PARK
RENOVATION AND EXPANSION - PROJECT NO. CP-5095
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On February 14, 2024, a contract was executed by Ardalan Construction Company, Inc., for Dizdar Park Renovation and Expansion – Project No. CP-5095.
B. The Ohio Casualty Insurance Company of America, Performance/Payment Bond No. 024271834 were originally recorded in the amount of $6,431,685.80. The bonds were increased with a rider from $6,431,685.80 to $6,717,967.53, was posted to guarantee completion of said improvements through the required maintenance period.
C. The City Engineer has recommended acceptance of said improvements.
SECTION 2:Contract Pay Estimate No. 22 (Final) is approved and improvements under CP-5095 are accepted and shall be included in the appropriate city system.
SECTION 3:The Mayor is authorized to sign a Notice of Completion, and the City Clerk is directed to record said Notice in the office of the Ventura County Recorder.
