A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO EXONERATING WARRANTY SECURITIES
FOR NORTH PLEASANT VALLEY GROUNDWATER
BASIN MONITORING WELLS - PROJECT NO. WT-11-01
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On July 22, 2020, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted public improvements for North Pleasant Valley Groundwater Basin Monitoring Wells – Project WT-11-01.
B. Warranty securities have remained posted for the required maintenance period.
SECTION 2:Atlantic Specialty Insurance Company Warranty Bond No. 800041471M in the amount of $1,000,000 for monitoring wells 1/1, 2/1, 2/2, 2/3, and 3/1; and Atlantic Specialty Insurance Company Warranty Bond No. 800052808 in the amount of $1,000,000 for monitoring wells 1/2, 1/3, 3/2, and 3/3 are exonerated.
SECTION 3:The Public Works Department is authorized to return the bonds noted in Section 2 to the contractor.
