A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO EXONERATING WARRANTY SECURITIES
FOR NORTH PLEASANT VALLEY GROUNDWATER
DESALTER CONVEYANCE PACKAGE - PROJECT NO.
WT-11-01
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On July 27, 2022, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted public improvements for North Pleasant Valley Groundwater Desalter Conveyance Package – Project WT-11-01.
B. Warranty securities have remained posted for the required maintenance period.
SECTION 2:Western Surety Company Performance/Payment Bonds No. 30114824 in the amount of $2,655,269 are exonerated.
SECTION 3:The Public Works Department is authorized to return the bonds noted in Section 2 to the contractor.
