A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO EXONERATING WARRANTY SECURITIES
FOR NORTH PLEASANT VALLEY GROUNDWATER
DESALTER WELLS A AND B REHABILITATION PROJECT
- PROJECT NO. WT-11-01
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On July 27, 2022, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted public improvements for North Pleasant Valley Groundwater Desalter Wells A and B Rehabilitation Project – Project WT-11-01.
B. Warranty securities have remained posted for the required maintenance period.
SECTION 2:Great American Insurance Company Performance/Payment Bonds No. 3715774 in the amount of $322,860 are exonerated.
SECTION 3:The Public Works Department is authorized to return the bonds noted in Section 2 to the contractor.
