A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CAMARILLO SANITARY DISTRICT APPROVING PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR WATER RECLAMATION
PLANT GENERATOR IMPROVEMENTS – PROJECT SS5120-2
The Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The Board of Directors of the Camarillo Sanitary District finds and declares as follows:
A. The Camarillo Sanitary District is desirous of completing the public improvement project, Water Reclamation Plant Generator Improvements - Project No.
SS-5120-2 (the “Project”).
B. The Project is necessary to further promote public health, safety and welfare.
C. The Board of Directors has accounted for funding for construction of the Project in approving the budget for the current fiscal year and the 5-Year Capital Improvement Program.
D. The Camarillo Sanitary District has conducted the necessary environmental review for the Project and a Categorical Exemption in conformance with CEQA has been signed and posted for the Project.
SECTION 2: The Board of Directors approves said project, approves the plans and specifications, including all addendums, adopts the Categorical Exemption CEQA finding pursuant to CEQA Guideline Section 15301 Class 1 for the Project, and hereby authorizes the Assistant District Manager to proceed with constructing the Project.
SECTION 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately.
SECTION 4: The Acting City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
