The City Council met in Executive Session to discuss Item A. City Manager Brian Loventhal, City Atto rney Bill Seligmann, Human Resour ces Manager Jenny Le- Christensen, and Deputy City Clerk Andrea Sanders were in attendance.

City Atto rney Seligmann stated t hat by a unanimous vote, the City Council appointed Andrea Sanders to serve as Acting Interim City Clerk, effective July 1, 2022.
