Litigation - CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) of subsection (d) of California Government Code Section 54956.9 : (One Case) - the City Attorney received a letter stating that litigation was the likely alternative if the parties could not reach a satisfactory resolution. A copy of the letter is available at the City Clerk's Office at Campbell City Hall, 70 N. First Street, Campbell, California.
