The City Council of the City of Campbell convened this day in the special meeting place, the Doetsch Conference Room, 70 N. First Street, Campbell, California.

The City Council met in Executive Session to discuss two items under Item B – L itigation.
City Manager Loventhal, City Attorney Sel igmann and legal counsel Robert C. May III of Telecom Law Firm, PC were in attendance for the fir st item under B – Litigation.
At 6:00 p.m., Mayor Landry , Police Chief Berg , Assistant City Manager Gaeta and le gal counsel Morin Jacob of LCW Legal were in attendance to discuss the second item under B – Litigation.
ADJOURN
Mayor Landry adjourned the meeting at 6:55 p.m.
