The City Council met in Executive Session to discuss Item B – Litigation.
Minutes of December 3, 2024 City Council Meeting Page 2 City Manager Loventhal, City Attorney Seligmann and Assistant City Manager Gaeta were in attendance .
M/S: Lopez/Scoz zola - that the City Council authorize the retention of the firm Colantuono, Highsmith & Whatley, PC to represent the City in the case of the Silicon Valley Tax Payers Association vs. the City of Campbell.
