MEMORANDUM City of Campbell
City Clerk’s Office
From: Thomas Lee
To: Daniel Fama
Cc: Jing Xu
Subject: SB9 Lot split at Campbell
Date: Thursday, July 2, 2026 12:14:32 PM
Hi Daniel,
We are very interested in the new code changes which move away from conforming lot shapes to one based upon a limited number of new lot lines. We have a very large lot at that cannot be split based on the conforming shapes but can be split based on the new paradigm. We are eager to split the lot and begin building a new home on our street.
Please add this email to the list of supporters for the new changes.
Sincerely,
Jing and Tom
