1. Roll Call and Pledge of Allegiance – The meeting was called to order at 10:00 AM. In attendance: Council Members Clarke, Morgan, Pedersen, Vice Mayor Brooks, and Mayor Brown.

4. General Government / Public Hearings
A. City Council Strategic Plan Work Session
Recommended Action: Receive a presentation from the City’s Strategic Plan Consultant, BerryDunn, and participate in the Strategic Plan work session.
The City Council received a presentation from BerryDunn. The City Council discussed priorities relating to the development of the City’s Strategic Plan. No action was taken.
