Council Member Acosta spoke before the start of the meeting and answered a few questions from the audience. She left before the meeting was called to order.
CALL TO ORDER: 5:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Hall, Blackburn.
City Manager Scott Chadwick welcomed the students and introduced Mayor Hall and Mayor Pro Tern Blackburn.
Mayor Hall and Mayor Pro Tern Blackburn answered questions from the audience.
Mayor Pro Tern Blackburn left the meeting at 5:59 p.m.
City Manager Chadwick presented city pins to the graduates.
Mayor Hall took photos with the graduates and presented each of them with a completion certificate.
City Manager Chadwick provided closing comments and congratulated the participants on completing the Citizens Academy.
