RESOLUTION NO. 2022-191
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING AUTHORITY TO PARTICIPATE IN FELLOWSHIP
PROGRAMS AND GIVING AUTHORITY TO CITY MANAGER OR DESIGN EE TO
EXECUTE RELATED AGREEMENTS
WHEREAS, educational institutions establish fellowship programs and seek business partners to host students by assigning them projects and monitoring their work; and WHEREAS, the City Council has the determined participation in fellowship programs would benefit the community and city operations; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1.The above recitations are true and correct.
2.The City Council authorizes city staff to participate in fellowship programs.
3.The City Council authorizes the City Manager or designee to execute agreements related to participation in fellowship programs, subject to their approval as to form by the City Attorney's Office.
